Phil Squires building maintenance Contractors was formed in 1992 and we base our company by having experienced time served tradesmen. We aimed our service at local Authorities where a number of my staff had great experience in dealing with local authority and their Customers (Tenants).
At the early stages of the company we carried out a lot of our work by sub contracting to Crown Windows and working to BS 5750 on fitting u.P.V.C windows and Doors.
In September 1996 we became Crown Approved Installers Of Windows, Doors, Conservatories and Fascias, Soffits Cladding etc
Most of our work is programmed around local Authorities and we have carried out extensive work for Mid Devon District Council, West Devon Homes, Torridge District Council, North Cornwall District Council, and on the smaller scale for Sanctuary Housing and West Devon Borough Council.
We also carry out response Maintenance for Westcountry Housing Association covering all of Devon and parts of Cornwall.
